Cancer Prevention and Screening
The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services provides cancer screening and case management services to eligible low - income and uninsured Montgomery County residents. Also provides care coordination and patient navigation for clients to access cancer screenings. Targeted cancers are: colorectal, oral and prostate.
